My First Picture Book

“Agosto , a frightened little acorn” is my first attempt at writing and illustrating a children’s picture book. The picture below is a screen-shot  of the book layout and I’m now looking into printers and book binders in London, to see what options I have in getting it printed. Wish me luck 🙂

About G. Olivo

I love children’s picture books, Disney and Pixar animation and a lot of my illustrations tend to reflect my love for comics, cartoons and picture books.

  3. Good Luck! Sending good thoughts!!

  4. This is so great! I think I might enjoy this book more than the children haha! Good luck with everything!

  5. How is your picture book going? I have started the illustrations for mine, question…. are you self publishing? my images are too big to scan on my scanner is it better to take them to a printing place and have them scanned at a high res? Thanks I love your work.

    • Thank you. You’re very kind. Book is all done, I’m just waiting for the print copy, once that’s been approved it’s all go 🙂 yes, I’m self publishing. Have you posted anything about your picture book on your blog? I want to see 🙂 If your images are too big for your scanner then I would take them to a printer for scanning. Tell them what they’re for so they can scan it accordingly. Let me know how it goes.
